Christmas mistakes

Anything happened that wasn't planned or not supposed to happen during the Christmas holidays?

The only thing that went wrong at Christmas was last year when my whole family and I went to a mass on Christmas Eve and went out to dinner afterwards. We left our dog at home and we forgot to hide the food presents so he wouldn't eat any. So when we got back from dinner, our dog had tried to open some of our presents and ripped the paper. Luckily I didn't see what presents my brother got me because the dog ripped one of them.

I never had any Christmas mistakes, as far as I know. Well, maybe sort of once, with some roasted nuts that I found out my sister and I were going to have before they were in the stockings.

I don't recall having any mistakes happening on Christmas.

When I was 5 I nearly died of an asthma attack during Christmas and had to go the hospital...that wasn't really planned.

The same thing that happened last year happened again. Before we left we told everyone to put the food presents on the table so the dog can't it them but my not so bright brother did and our dog was hyper active all night.

When I was 8, my tree fell right into our fireplace and almost started a fire. Luckily my idiot brother was there to hose down the fire, but the living room was now "the foam room".
