Can my parents force me to work at their friends' business? You see, my mom's boyfriend forces me to work during my vacations. Now before you jump on me calling me lazy, you should know that this work is not standing at a register or carrying merchandise around a store for a few hours. This is ten long hours of lifting hundred pound pipes, digging dirt (more like hardened clay), and smashing ancient boilers to pieces with a hammer. There is no conditioner, and during summer, worksites can often reach temperatures of 100+ degrees in the burning sun. Getting paid minimum wage would be a dream come true, I barely get three bucks an hour. And I have zero choice whether I want to do this or not, so it's almost slave labor. Is this even legal?

Unfortunately until you're 18 your parents rule your life.. You could always try to compromise with them and see if you could get a different job..
If you're considered an actual worker there, it's illegal for you to work there for under minimum wage. You could bring that up sometime, and hopefulyl get paid MW.
File a lawsuit, that's what everyone else does.
A week late but since you're not over 18 it would be illegal for you to work in shitty conditions(Unless you're being paid over minimum wage)
Laws are different I believe when its considered a family business or whatever. But still, just tell your parents fuck no, run your own god damn business.
