Bowser Item Shop - A custom event for Mario Party 3.

This event brings back the Bowser Item Shop functionality when landed or passed. It functions like the Bowser Item Shop from Bowser Land in MP2, forcing the player to pay coins and receive an item instantly.

The event functions as a hybrid of the "Get Random Item" and the "Give Current Player a Range of Coins" events (thanks to Airsola and Gwonam). The event will not give an item if the player already has three items. It is...
