MP3 MS Paint Park

Welcome to the not so serene MS Paint Park! Once a beautiful local park, some kind of mysteries explosion destroyed the park, leaving it as a desolate wasteland.
Through the efforts of the Mushroom Kingdom residents, this park has slowly been restored. However, the aesthetics are a bit... paint like, shall we say.
Side effects of said explosion made it so anyone who goes here can randomly move faster, slower, or even backwards...
