A Mario Party 2 board with an icy/snow theme. The goal is to have the train from Western Land be the main attraction here that would take you across the giant fissure in the middle, but alas, that is not currently possible. Also, the board is animated! The Freezies glow on and off.
No Skeleton Key doors also present a few other restrictions. The Boo at the bottom can be looped, but there are two Chance Time Spaces and two Battle Spaces to watch out for on that route.

- Initial release. Certain limitations keep the board simple. No train or tracks, no effect on the Happening Spaces. No Skeleton Key doors either. Spaces are aligned oddly in PP64 so that they appear properly in the game.
