Which Banjo-Kazooie game is the best?

I like to hear from Banjo-Kazooie fans which game is their favorite, so if you're not too familiar with the whole series, hear are your options:

Banjo-Kazooie (N64)
Banjo-Tooie (N64)
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts 'n' Bolts (Xbox)

Note I didn't count Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge or Banjo-Pilot for the GBA because there really just spin-offs from the series.
