My favorite duel game in Mario Party 3. This was a classic to me.

Well, I think the timer appears out of nowhere if they take too long to finish. Like about when it appears, they have 30 seconds remaining.

Yep, it's true that there's a timer here. It's happened to me once before.

This is one of those minigames where you can beat the computer and finish the level with them still at the halfway point, even if you are playing on Super Hard.

Playing against a human is intense though since it comes down to who withstands the pressure and doesn't screw up really.

I find the music suits this game very well.
It also was the easiest minigame for me to win, not only because the CPU take forever to jump one vine, but because I always seem to skip a vine in every game I play!  ;D

Skipping vines takes skill and luck. I find it very hard to do. I think I've only done it once.
