Who do you think is the most funniest anime character?
As for me, it is problably the Team Rocket Trio (don't flame me for liking pokemon anime), except for in BW001-BW024.

Why isn't this in the Anime Board? At any rate, I would probably vote for any cast member from Lucky Star or Excel Saga.

Not that I've watched much anime, I'm gonna have to go with hmm...Konata? I watched Lucky Star last year, thanks to Aegis and his talk of anime, and loved her personality and her attitude with Kagami.
