For me, yes, I have beat the game. Very satisfied.

Also, make a copy of your save before the final boss if you want to keep your file. Hero Mode will overwrite your current file.

I Got all gratitude crystals and stuff, and it was a very exciting game.
Mario Zelda and Pokémon games are just my favourites.

Actually to correct you, I've 100%'d every other Zelda game in the series (minus the CDi games). Skyward Sword is just a horrible game and the controls are absolutely horrid.
