But he really is dead, TMZ has photographs of the wreck and the coroner's report. Apparently another person died in the wreck too (Dunn's passenger).
Snowy made me sound like an idiot to one of my friends cause he said it was a publicity stunt and Dunn was fine and I told jim that and they thought I was making it up. :-[

Apparently he had twice the legal limit in him at the time of the accident.
I just don't get that. There's no excuse for anyone to drink & drive (there are always other options) but especially someone fairly well off like him with a huge network of people willing to give him a ride home.
