Announced by Sony (Wednesday, June 10, 2015)! The next game of the Ratchet & Clank series. Uses elements from the Ratchet & Clank game from PlayStation 2. The game will be based on the movie, based on the game. The movie will be premiered on Friday, April 29, 2016. Exclusive to PlayStation 4. Release: Spring 2016 (North America).

Now this is a game that makes me want a PS4 The Ratchet and Clank series have an awesome gameplay and these graphics just make the game better!

Really excited for this!! I never got to play the older games since I got really late in Sony's exclusives and this might be just the right thing! Yes, I should definitely play the older games, but right now, this is the next big installment. Looks beautiful, looks great. This is one of the games I'm getting for sure once I have a PS4.

I'm also pretty excited for the movie. I'm usually not a big fan of movies based on games, but this might actually be good.

The more I watch videos from this game, the more I feel like I need it now. I seriously need a PS4 now, it's an emergency.

Ratchet & Clank is looking awesome and fans agree on that. What they're doing with the game is almost perfect and they know where they're going with the series. There has been a lot of gameplay footage. I have seen some coming from GameXplain and the official Playstation Channel on youtube, and more. Also, many pics, just like the other PS games have arisen.

Funny how I thought this was yet another trailer for the movie, it's really looking awesome. I want this game now.

It's gorgeous, but it still completely feels like a game from the PS2 era when you play it. Which isn't really a bad thing, but there is a sense of "Oh, hey. More Ratchet & Clank, this could use something fresh and this reboot just isn't doing it."

Yeah, I definitely get what you mean. Though, for some people like me who never played the games, I think this is the perfect time to discover and explore the series. And I'm sure rediscovering it can be just as great, though I can't really say much on that sense.

I am REALLY loving the Blackwater City facelift, that was my favorite level in the original both in design and music. I remember getting the R.Y.N.O. and thinking to myself that I was such a cool gamer. X3

I mostly enjoyed it, but I thought the last quarter of the game was weak and overly repetitive. Really soured the experience.

Doesn't help that you go from these gorgeous varied environments to a bunch of boring space ship interiors, too.

I'm currently in Rilgar and the game is amazing. Probably my most favorite game of the year so far. It has exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to see the movie soon!
