When I boot up partyplanner64 on my old laptop, every feature is present. But for some reason in my new PC, I'm missing a LOT of stuff, like cosmetic star space, start space, adding custom events, etc. I have no idea how or why or what to do about this. Any answers or help would be greatly appreciated.
