Started playing Minigame Coaster yesterday. Was difficult but I finished normal mode today. I also started hard today; already got through the first 5 worlds. World 8 tomorrow People say it was tricky but I am not having to much of a problem. Did it take you a while or did you get it quickly? Thought it needed discussion.

I didn't have a problem with it, but World 7 was painful. Mecha-Marathon is the worst here.

Mecha Marathon: AHHH! MY HAND HURTS! I HAVE TO STOP NOW! AH! JUST ONE SECOND LEFT! PLEASEWINPLEASEWIN- oh, damn.
Lost total of 15 lives here, before using a turbo controller.
Abandon Ship: Same as above, but it is a bit easier- lost only 2 lives here, thanks to the Turbo Controller.
Hot Rope Jump: Oh, 49, just one more jump- DOH I MISSED!!!!! Lost total of 13 lives here.
Skateboard Scamper: Lost no lives here, thanks to turbo again.
Platform Peril: It is pretty much an oasis after the minigames of torture, but it's still hard. Lost 3 lives here.

Mini-Game Island is far easier than Coaster, though. Some are still challenging, but the ten Single-Player Mini-Games made it easy. You can keep replaying to earn more lives.
I...can not...get past...Mecha Marathon...for the life...of me! I am not that good of a button masher so this game is horrible to me. Luckily Honeycomb Havoc is before it and I haven't lost it yet but it takes FOREVER to get to Mecha Marathon. I now win skateboard scamper most of the time because I found an easy thing to do! When you have the down-n-up part, skate down but jump to the top of the incline part. The bottom will speed you up and the jump up the incline does not make you lose speed! Lot's of easy victories. That is off track but any who...can anyone give me some tips to beat Mecha Marathon? I am DYING!!! Keep in mind that I have this for VC so I am using a gamecube controller.

well for me i just used a little trick i found out but still haven't beaten coaster on hard mode but this wat i do when u get to save point and save it, and you lose a life or more just quit without save and return and you'll have all your lives back thats wat i do but ive basicly givenup on mp2 just cant beat it no matter wat i do my life trick works but its rather time consuming and so i just gave up also beat Mps 3-9 100% but still need Mps 1 and 2 100%

MP1 minigames were indeed expensive
MP2 MG Rollercoaster Mecha Marathon was the hardest sometimes I get to like 35 yards and coms still go further
