Can you notice the Mii in the picture using Bowser's Tennis racket?

Ya, you can buy the character's rackets for Mii's to use ~ not sure if they influence any stats, though...

I agree with this. It's pretty much for preference of whose racket you want to use.

I could do with Yoshi's racket, Diddy Kong's racket, and Boo's racket.

It also looks like a shop - there are rackets, shirts, shoes, shorts, all those accessories (Mario and Peach style, mostly)
