As those who have played the game know, Miis can get together, get married and have kids. This is to simply answer the question: How many married couples and babies do you have on the island?
I have 18 married couples and 50 children have been born. I'm up to my sixth child with Aran Ryan. :eek:
 
Key: Those in bold are married and a bold underline indicates they also have children.
