Well you just changed the topic title, before it Mario Party Best Items. And even if this is for 3, the golden pipe is only in Mario Party DS.

My favorite is just the magic lamp, nothing beat's a ride to the star.

In MP3, I personally liked the Bowser Phone, Golden 'Shroom, and Lucky Lamp. I also liked the rare Wacky Watch.

Why:
Bowser Phone - trick somebody into talking to Bowser was fun
Golden 'Shroom - Best multi-dice block item
Lucky Lamp - Well, if you can't get to the star, send it away to somewhere else (away from others)!
Wacky Watch - makes games so much quicker

I loved the concept of the rare items in Mario Party 3, that was one of the small things that made Mario Party 3 a great game. My favorite one is probably the Koopa Card because sometimes Koopa has a lot of money that I'd need, or that I can't afford losing 5 coins in a situation and the Koopa Card is like a get out of jail free card from Monopoly in that situation.

Also, the Reverse Mushroom is one of the best ones, too, since you can go backwards.

My favourite item was the Boo Repellent because I kept getting targeted by CPUs with Boo and the Boo Bell.
