I've been looking for one for over the past year and I finally got one today. I saw an on craigslist for $90 and I snagged that one so fast. Well, not that fast because the guy lived an hour away. 
Anyway, the reason it was so cheap was because it did not come with all the cables (I only go the USB one). Technically, the only thing I need to get the thing working is the AC Adaptor. Once I get that, all I will need is Mario Party 9. ;D
