Huh, I think the eShop version is an updated version over the cartridge version.

I distinctly remember there being complaints of having only one save file, which hinders the want to buy it used. Bur here I clearly have the option to start a new game, or save file.

There's no option for the Resident Evil Revelations demo that was previously included.

Same here, I have Amazon Student. It's free for six months, then it rolls to a 50% off Prime sub for four years. I'd love to get M&L, but I just spent my money. =P

It'd be a deal if you got the first print edition, I don't think I've seen any standard SMT IV games in stores yet, but that's probably because it's such a niche game.
