Fly Guy's Flight Services - A custom event for Mario Party 3.

NOTE: Fly Guy Flight Service.s is currently in need of fixing!

This event lets you pick another player to call unto your current space.
The first version is a retooled version of the event used in the Japan board of Fixed Fun (which I made too)
You can pick yourself to refuse his offer and pick "Your Choice" to have it pick a random opponent.
The second version is a modified version with a price-tag attached to it.
