My first game was on the Wii at age 6---Wii Sports.

If I remember correctly, it was SpongeBob: Battle for Bikini Bottom, which was actually pretty decent game, surprisingly.
It's tough to say the first video game I've ever played is, it was so long ago. It was mostly likely a Nintendo 64 game. I say likely either Paper Mario or Super Mario 64. The hopeless fight with Bowser in Paper Mario probably isn't a good thing to start with but that was probably it.
I remember the first video game I ever played on a console was the original Donkey Kong Country. It was at a friend's house. I remember it was an adult party, like nothing interesting for little kids, so we went to play some video games and they had DKC. I know I owned some other games before, but never got to play them due to my age.
First game I played was Sonic The Hedgehog on the Genesis as one of the six games in the 6-Pak.
Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga, on the Gameboy Advamce SP.
Super Mario 64. I remember watching my cousin and my sister first play this game and spend 30 minutes running around outside in the courtyard and refusing to go into the castle. Also, I thought the game ended when you got 8 stars.
