Not sure what games to put in the poll, so just pick a game that you think we can get a discussion going on and we will go from there.

As for me, I pick Super Mario 64 (and the DS remake). Not recent, but I know many of us have played this game.

There are plenty of games, specifically for 3DS and PSVita coming for February, but I'm not sure anyone is interested in most 3DS releases. PSVita is unlikely, its coming late in the month and I have no plans of getting that.

The only 3DS release I see might be valid is Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games. We also have the Wii version of that to go with.

That would be a good idea.  The 3DS Version comes out next month, so it would be a good time to talk about it and the Wii Version as well. If you guys do decide to do the PS Vita, there are a lot of games releasing at launch for that system.

Or maybe February 2012's topic could be the PS Vita as a whole, talking about the system and all the games for it.

Yes, that is true. But the PS Vita, most of the members aren't really into Sony nor Microsoft gaming. Mainly Nintendo. And even if we did, we'd be seeing a dead board. They can be in General Gaming Board instead, but I still doubt it will generate a reasonable amount of replies.

After all, this VGL is done to discuss about one particular game per month, for discussion, help, and so forth.

I think this is out best bet. Many of us have the Ambassador games (or already own the original). I say we go with Fire Emblem. If we haven't started playing it already, we can start together and play through the month. There would be plenty to discuss.

Personally, I think Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games would be better because the 3DS Version comes out in 10 days. Would be nice for the game of the month to actually be released in that month. You could also have the February topic being the whole Mario & Sonic series.

I voted Fire Emblem, it'll give more time for people to play Mario & Sonic London whatever. We should keep it for March, that way people will know and will have played it, probably. That said, I don't know much about Fire Emblem... so I won't post that much, but can still see if I can try it soon.
