You gotta have a favorite for getting through tough levels. For Me, I like The Bulb Yoshi.

Bulb Yoshi was probably the coolest to use.
Dash Yoshi because I always like the Rush of some levels. 
Dash Yoshi was only in like 2 levels.

Dash Yoshi. Bulb Yoshi was alright, Blimp Yoshi was kinda boring.
Dash Yoshi. Despite not being in many levels, going fast and the way he runs is pretty cool. Bulb Yoshi comes close.
And Blimp Yoshi was not really entertaining, except for the color.

Dash Yoshi. It's pretty fun running around so fast but it can be hard to control.
I found Dash Yoshi pretty lame for the like 2 levels it appeared in.
Blimp Yoshi is fun to use even though it has no purpose whatsoever.
Blimb Yoshi because I rather fly then using ground based things. I like Bulb Yoshi more then Dash Yoshi as well.
Bulb Yoshi! Because you can find secret things with it!

Wow I'm replying a bit late. But I loved all three, they were all really cool
Dash Yoshi because it is fun to control and I love Yoshi's appearance during it
