Personally, I like all the minigames, but my favorite would have to be Ink Showdown.

I love Galaxy Rally. I think it is the toughest of all of them and the easiest way to earn coins if you are good. Keep working to get the 1500 Greg. It took me 109 rallies and lots of consecutive Sling Star hits.

I'd say Super Mario Tennis, but mainly because I can get 9999 Coins and max score on level 1-4.
It takes a while though, so I usually don't go so high.
Especially when you gain extra lives, and end up getting what would have been an extra 2,000 Coins, but you were already at 9999 Coins before deciding on leaving that one looping area. It was annoying my first time, and probably more efficient to note get all 9999 Coins as you will most likely overflow (and have them not count).
Not to mention Super Mario Tennis itself is fun, since it is like playing Super Mario Bros., only you are trying to get as much Coins and points as you can. :U

Galaxy Rally=Coin Farming
I loved Super Mario Tennis. It just relives the Super Mario Bros. memories and it's sometimes hilarious when destroying everything with a Super Star.
