well right now i wafer between kind of having fun to being outright frustrated depending on the round. a lot of that is just the learning gripes of the game though.

my biggest issue is map design. don't get me wrong - the maps LOOK amazing, but to me at least i find them a little large and overwhelming. more often than not i'm getting attacked by a turret i had no way of knowing it's locating until it was too late or getting one shot by a sniper ridiculously out of reach or some other garbage like that.

overall though i just don't find anything about the game that would make me want to dish out $40 for it. i'm not in love with any of the characters or their abilities.

also reaper is cringey af.
 
I just played a round as Bastion and holy is it easy. You do a ton of damage and can essentially mow down every other class, even when they're in their ults. You can also switch between mobile and immobile instantly and heal yourself, which means that if someone is trying to spam you out from a distance you can immediately take cover, spend 5 seconds holding down E and essentially negate everything that happened.
