Count until a Staff member posts

The basic idea is to count in each post until a memebr of the Staff (Admin or Gmod) posts!

Example:
Member1: 1
Member2: 2
Member3: 3
Moderator: Lol!
Member4: 1
Member5: 2
Etc.
