Theory about A-1:
considering there's skates there, it could be either Skateboard Scamper or Later Skater.
B-2: Circuit Maximus??? It's all I can explain for what looks like "Max" written in what looks like a circle in front of an American flag that fits the MP-Minigame thing.
Edit: I can go with Timmy's theory on A-1
Hints:
A-1: Take all three parts at face value; over-think it and you won't get it.(... Use hint here?)
A-2: If Koopas were like charging horses, I could take em out easily with that weapon on the left...(what a useless clue.

)
B-1: What type of money is it? What's happening to it? (Cash... and they're being launched, or...)
B-2: Something big needs to be abbreviated here...(The American Flag? USA? TAF? AF?)
B-3: Arrows pointing "up"... maybe...?(Did the arrows move the wave, or symbolize movement? I say yes)
C-1: Only one of the three represent a video game element. (The Roll Part)
C-2: A suit is usually represented by its...?(Now, I'm not too sure about "Suit up"... Wait... Sneaky, 8Bit)
D-1: UNO! Um... that's a...(Reverse card)
D-2: That's a jigsaw puzzle of our planet isn't it? (Yep, and it's missing a piece)
D-3: If only I had the 10, Q, K and A to complete a crunchy flush...(the Jack of Cucumbers

)
What I believe the answers are:
A1:??? (Timmy could be right, though)
A2:Spick and Span
B1:Cashapult
B2:Circuit Maximus (The "MAX" looks like it's in a circle (hence: Circuit), the U.S flag... well, the "US" gets added to the end of "MAX" and therefore...)
B3:Tidal Toss
C1:Shock, Drop, and Roll
C2:Order Up (The suits represent strength in bridge, and they're shown in order from strongest to weakest, hence "Order")
D1:Revers-a-Bomb
D2:World Piece
D3:CucumberJacks
