Players use control stick to move their cars. They must try pop each others' balloons with the front (which is sharped) of their cars. Last player standing wins. If time runs out, everyone, who is still in the game wins.
I like this game, it's exciting, fun to play and (at least for me) easy to win. It may not be my favorite Battle-game from Mario Party 2, but it's still one of the only three Battle-games (other two being Face Lift and Hot BOB-OMB) that I like.
This Minigame also reminds me of Grab Bag a little bit, because in both games, players objective is to go behind another player while at the same time, avoiding other players going behind you.
