No. Only an administrator can create a blog for you. But you need to have 250 countable posts before you can have one.TwoDreamy Luigi said:

I'm pretty sure this applies to even 1 topic. I mean there are some things that can be excluded from this rule depending on the type of game (you should explain it first), but I think you're mostly not allowed to include stuff like "Post to ???" or "Ban the previous person" because they're very spam-filled.
So long as they're not spam filled I'd think they'd be okay...?
I'm not a mod - IDK.
And bigger games (with sign-ups) are probably better suited for the Activities Central in general.
