Alright guys since we're two days out from the next month we need to vote on a game for the VGL. Any ideas? Feel free to post them here.

I think it was already planned to be NSMB2.
New Super Mario Bros. 2.

Yeah, I thought NSMB2 was the game for this month.
No one has said anything to us about it. Also, it might make sense to that in September since the game comes out halfway through the month.

I vote Sluggers since August 25th is the last day we ever saw Toadette and many other characters.
I thought it was kind of known that new Mario releases are reserved a spot. So NSMB2 will be September (opens early in August) and NSMBU will probably end up being December. Paper Mario and Luigi's Mansion is still up in the air.
Also, since we do so many Mario games, I suggest not voting for a Mario in the months that are open to any games.

You know, I agree with SZ here. I know we want to discuss Mario games now and then, but we have many coming up.

New Super Mario Bros. U, Paper Mario: Sticker Star, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, and few other high profile games: Launch Window/Holiday 2012
