Quiz/Riddles: I guess we could build our own as the activity progresses.
Continue the story: We could make our own starting sentences, and maybe color code the sentences to help members follow along.

So now, when do you think we should made them? We have 5 right now and I guess it will be okay for the rest of the event, we will put them on the Chilly Challenges calendar then all the rest will be the way we just said, by organising our activities each other.

So the 5,10,15,20 and 25, that's right? You're okay with this? But then the last one fall on Christmas, so I don't know if a lot of people will be around for those kind of activities... so why not 5,10,15,20 and 30?

So yeah, the planning seems alright? Now we only have to prepare activities to be sure it will be alright. Of course, we will still be discussing about the activities towards December to be sure everything is alright. Just try to find your planning depending of when we will have to do them. You already have quite a lot of activities, but you might needf to find 5 more, I am still thinking about mine right now but I guess I'll find them soon.

Okay, but you or Brookelas might have to decide, if not, then we can go this way, you can just organise when you'll do it and preparing your activities and then it will be awesome this way.

I think that what we should do for the collaborative activities is that one or two people will PM the third with their content so that everything's in just one post. If we follow this plan, do you mind sending PMs or receiving them?

I'm not sure what you meant there. Can you give me more explanation please?

What I do understand right now is either
-> Participants does PM us the answers then we reply.
-> We are PMing the participants with some sort of directives.

Personally I'm not exactly sure how it would work. Let me explain; usually because when we are doing an activity (especially those mentionned), unless it's completely private, people should be able to see  what the others have wrote, and it did always worked well, so I would really suggest doing it this way, if it's alright with you. I remembered doing it this way with my activity, so if you need some visions of how it would work, the best would be to look here, then you can give me your decision with more explanations of how you would made it work then I might see what you meant more.

By the way, I added a new topic about how I did the banner and how I should do the presentation if you want to look at it, we have to do some ajustments, and then I guess the board can be opened today, when everything will be decided. We'll be able to discuss about it in that said topic. I will then start December 1st with the first activity we said about. Sounds good?

Well we can still discuss about those in that board, within a specific topic for some of those which needs a lot of discussion (after all, it's the utility of our board, right?) unless it's answers where we could indeed PM to ensure that the staff won't see it, but yeah I see what you meant, I'm alright with PMs when we will need it.
