It took me like 10 years to beat Diddy Kong Racing if that counts...I mean I did start playing it when I was 5 but it's still pretty lame lol. It also took me 3 years or so to figure out how to beat Klungo in Banjo Tooie...like the Spiral Mountain version. He was a tough one...
