Favourite Mario Character?

My favorite Mario character is of course, Mario. I don't really care for most of the characters because they're basically clones (too similar), but he's the original guy.

For me, it's gotta be Luigi, just because Nintendo hates him and he never gets any main action because of so. Thankfully there are one or two people who like Luigi at Nintendo and convinced Miyamoto to make Luigi's Mansion.

Eh, just because I don't play as any other character on the list (except Wario) I'm picking Mario.

I would say Bowser is my favorite. I pick him in every game he's playable in, except maybe SSBB. I like all the characters though, except for maybe Birdo. I don't hate Birdo, but I don't think she deserves to be playable in the amount of games they've made her playable in.
