Only Physical. I don't like downloading games because if your console breaks, the games will be gone, too :-\.

I prefer Physical since what others have stated already, It takes less memory and it's good to get some fresh air while taking a nice walk to gamestop. :D

I feel like this is only the case with Nintendo consoles. I know that with Steam, as long as I authenticate my account on the system, I can download my games. With PSN you have like 2 or 3 systems you can play you games on at a time (which can be activated and deactivated at your choosing) and with XBL if your systems breaks you just transfer the license or something and you're golden.
