Lunar-tics (Mario Party 6)
« on: June 22, 2010, 12:18:16 AM »

The object of the game is to land on the landing pad (apparently on the moon) as closely as possible to the moment the timer reaches 0.00. Each player has a jet pack. If (s)he presses and holds A, (s)he falls slower. The player with the time closest to 0.00 wins. If the timer ever goes below zero, it still goes by the same rules.

Hint: From the beginning, if the player holds the A button down until the timer reads 3.50 and then releases the button, (s)he should land on the pad almost exactly at 0.00. Alternatively, (s)he can wait until 6.50 and then hold the button down until (s)he lands.

A: Slower Fall
A (released): Faster Fall

Meh, this one is OK. When I first played this mini-game, I lost in a second since I didn't press anything and also cuz I didn't read the instructions, it was lulz. =P

I loved minigames like this one. I have almost gotten 0, but have gotten so close. The computers on this minigame were really stupid, unless a star was involved. I have never waited for the time to go past 0.

I don't really think you should post all these minigames at once...

Anyways I like this game. It's fun getting close to 0. I don't remember my lowest score though.

While I'm probably going to dump the username I don't want to get rid of the banner though...

The strategy here is to just follow what the computer does and wait for them to land first. As soon as they land let go of the A button and watch as you land on the platform.

This mini-game is rather simple if you know what you're doing.

I don't think I have a strategy for this game, but I did make it exactly to 0! This happened when I was about 12 or so.
Disturbance Meter: 10
Try not to turn it up to 10. I will feel really bad for myself.

As simple as this game is, I still like it; I always wait for the computer to land first and then I go and usually I take victory for it.

It's fun but it can be hard to land perfectly right on the pad but it's a fun game though even with friends.

It seemed like the computers always stepped their game up when a star was involved. :P This game was alright.

Meh, This was an okay minigame. But, I did make it almost exactly to zero (0). Maybe 0.1, 0.2.

@HBK: The CPU's were stupid in this game if it involves just coins.

Easy mini-game. I always win this, because the CPU was stupid.

And lol, that image with Boo and Toadette. I'm winning! ;D

You know I honestly like this game a lot. It was pretty simple to win. My strategy is just hold the A button till the other person lands and just release and reap in the rewards of my victory. (Usually 198 coins)
