Booksquirm (Mario Party 4)
« on: May 04, 2010, 08:05:35 PM »

In this minigame, pages with holes would fall on you, unless you got under that hole. The pages would keep on falling until one person remains. Personally, it was one of my top 5 favorite minigames. I could always kick my friends' butts. Anyone else like/dislike it?

Interesting game. I usually win mostly but the pages do get fast as it goes along.

While I'm probably going to dump the username I don't want to get rid of the banner though...

This is a very epic mingame especially in the extar room. I always panic when I'm the last one standing.
"i'm red!"
"i'm green!" "I'm the handsome one!" What's the difference?

This is a really fun minigame. I hate it when the CPUs push you when you are standing under a hole, I sometimes lost because of that... I liked how it also  became a minigame in Extra Mode so you can play alone and try to beat your highscore.

I think the extra mode version was the best!

THe CPU's did get annoying. I just wish you could punch/kick them out of your way. ;D

Well, if you could, you would also be at a disadvantage. And it might make the game too simple to play. People would be getting kicked/punched out in the open and already lose by getting squashed and not having enough time to get into the next hole. It would make the mini-game possibly a little too short in my opinion.

Anyway, my record on this was probably in the 30's to 50's. Not sure. But the mini-game is rather fun and it can become pretty tense once the pages start turning fast.

I remember this minigame well, I hate when I get pushed or when I get crushed.

Oh I'm not good at it It's so unpredictable when the pages fall plus I only notice when it's too late :(

Totally easy. The trick is use the shadows and push people away.
