Since I love Pokemon (Especially this board game) I have made 3 boards for Mario Party 3 that will *slightly* recreate that experience.
For Master Trainer 1, you could have it so you have so you have to have 20 Power Points to get into the Elite 4. To get the Pokemon, you have to roll the dice number on the Pokemon.
Pink: 3, 4, 5
Green: 4, 5
Blue: 3, 4
Red: 5
Yellow: 6
