The Flash (2014 TV Series)
« on: January 24, 2015, 03:36:18 PM »
To not confuse with the upcoming movie in 2018.

The Flash is a TV series based on the DC comics character Flash (Barry Allen). It aired for the first time last fall for its first season and is now going for a second season.

So, I just started watching this like a short while ago and so far, have only watched the first episode. It was enough to convince me to go through the whole first season and continue watching the series. I can't really have a full opinion yet, but loving the action, the characters are very likable for most parts, the acting is good too. I'm a big fan when it comes to superhero movies, but I have never experienced watching a superhero TV series, so this is new to me. I might want to watch Arrow once I catch up with this one.

So anyone else here has watch/ed The Flash? What did you thought about it? And if I should have watched Arrow first? because I feel like I may have done things a bit wrong and missed something, but too late lol. I do know they're on the same universe so... haha.

I'm currently watching The Flash and I'm on episode 8, I have to say that loving it so far as for the acting and the actors are great but I just don't like how Flash beat his opponents by basically getting faster and faster during each fight. It's kinda dull but I can't really complain bez that's flash main ability.

You should have because both the shows are intertwined and some characters from each show meets up at a certain point. most events takes place on Arrow first then moved to flash, but yeah Arrow should have came first. :P

Started watching The Flash when it first aired because it tied in with Arrow. So far it's 11 episodes in, and I have to say I'm impressed with how well the show has kept me interested. The first season of a show usually takes some time before it gets settles and before I start to really care about the characters. I'm already pretty invested and we're only halfway.

The two shows really go hand in hand in a lot of aspects. The Flash is the more fun and comedic show while Arrow is a little more dark and serious.
