Hmm...

According to this, Sony has confirmed that the PlayStation 4 will definitely launch this year, for all territories, and no delays.

That's great news, seeing how they want to have it out by Holiday 2013. Although I'm not 100% sure at the moment for Europe.

I can't even draw any conclusions with that video
They made sure they didn't give a good pic of it lol. Would've gave so much s*** away if they would've done that. Nonetheless, I need specs

Sony addressed the concerns that gamers thought PS4 would have, they completely shot down Microsoft.

$399! Supports used games and more!

Tell me why Sony took the liberty to s*** on Microsoft and wipe their ass and put the toilet paper on them as well. When they were telling the system capabilities, I was dying in laughter. They made the crowd excited and many people were standing in proud. I think I will end up buying this system when my money situation gets right.

Well, there's even more good news for those wanting a PlayStation 4.

That's right, the PlayStation 4 is region-free!

Sony wins in the region-locking department.

EDIT: PS4 also features a 500 GB hard drive, and includes a headset.

Sony had completely blown Microsoft out of the water. I'm definitely buying a PS4. Honestly it's looking to be the best console of this generation if they keep going this way.

I just found out that you'll need a subscription to PS+ ($50 a year) to play online multiplayer. They did a great job at sneaking that into one of the slides at their E3 press conference. Everyone was too focused on the Microsoft smack down! :P

I figured they'd do that eventually but still it's better than the Xbox one.

QFT

I'm surprised you just noticed that, SZ. It's been talked about everywhere. XD

Paying for servers can't be cheap, so it's understandable. I'd consider subscribing to PS Plus.

Wow. Just wow. Sony originally were going to go in-line in what Microsoft did, but after the Microsoft outrage, Sony waited and quietly changed their policies.

Sony was smart in waiting what Microsoft was going to do. However, if both companies both went with what they originally planned to, I could see a huge burst of anger all over the internet, from the gamers. If that happened, I could see everyone flocking to Nintendo or something.
