Title: Mario Party 10 - Shut Downs
Post by: Kwormie on March 24, 2015
 ???
I have had Mario Party 10 - since it was released. Digital copy - downloaded and installed. We have been able to finish a few games.
However for the most part when playing it shutdowns our Wii-U.
Random spots - could be 5 minutes in, could be on the last turn.
We are getting this in Amiibo play and Bowser Party play. (Have not tried the other option.)

Is anyone else getting this?
I called Nintendo -and they flagged it but can't do anything about it for me as of yet.
When I check the system error codes - its not registering anything.

I can sit there and play Mario Kart 8 without any issues, and other games.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry, dude. Can't help you with that. I never had any shutdowns while playing this game.

Not sure why you are having this issue. Try deleting Mario Party 10 and then re-download it. If that doesn't help, then I don't know what else to help.

Sorry, I don't know how to help, but I AM good with electronics.
Anyways, try re-downloading it like VIP said, or even looking up some troubleshooting tips; those help a bit. ;)
If it were physical, you could've gotten a refund at GameStop, but oh well. ;(

Dang sorry about that, I hope you get more in depth with that but hopefully it's not TOO serious (optimism at M4E's finest :P) but yeah try doing what the guys said and re-download it :)

Re-Download immediately and don't play more due to the game might having save data errors or damaging the Wii U

Definitely sounds like a corrupted copy of the game. Sometimes bits in the data fail to finish transferring to the computer system due to Internet connection interference, which can occasionally lead to unprecedented errors like this one zel. A reattempted download never hurts.

I've never had any shutdowns myself, but that might be because I use a physical copy of MP10 instead (because my net is pretty slow for GB-counted downloads).

Contact Nintendo about it.
Give them your Nintendo Network ID.
They would be the best option to help.
