In all seriousness. Working on a gator cookbook. All through the south about all you see is fried gator. I'm doin extensive research trying to find other ways to prepare it. My assistant and I made alligator creole the other day and that seems like a no brainer but I've never seen it anywhere else. Also made a spaghetti that was pretty Bitcoin. Think I'm gonna try and do some tail meat a bit like a pork loin, not sure if I'm going to use apples or something more citrusy

Interesting. I guess you're free and I have little right to hurl, since American alligators have been off the Endangered Species List for 29 years. Just make sure they'reNOT CHINESE in any way, shape, or form-those are critically endangered.

Very interesting question. I'll say something vague: I want to do something that will be remembered. Not sure what it will be, but something that will get put into a book about life in the 21st century.
