In case anyone was wondering about the reasons that Mod, Gmod, Admin and Administrator have their respective icons, here's why:

Mod: Lakitu b.c. Lakitus are often featured in Mario games with cameras, i.e. observation crew.
Gmod: Hammer represents the ban hammer, as Gmods have ban power.
Admin: Rainbow Star b.c. Admins are hypothetically invincible on the forum...
Administrator: Millenium Star for rarity and legendary status. Enough said.
