For you noobs who have just registered, lemme give you a little history.

OVERVIEW

SMPSF was started by SuperZambezi, hosted by Joey Anderson, to exploit the various info about the Mario Party series and to await the ever requested Mario Party 9. It was hacked by various members, and thus, SMPSF 2 was born from 2008-Middle 2010. Then, on July 26, 2010, SMPSF underwent a change in a new type of direction where the focus is not primarily Mario Party anymore, but General Gaming altogether. We are here to answer your questions about Mario Party and just about any game you can think off. We have a loyal fanbase here and various activities like the Arcade on here, so be sure to check out some of those cool features!

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions answered by yours truly:

Who can I talk to for help on the forum?

If it's something minor like how to hyperlink stuff or how to do something with a post, you can basically ask any member. If it's some suggestion for the site, contact any staff member. If it's a technical forum issue or if someone's giving you major beef, let one of the Admins know.

Can I be a staff member?

You can't just ask to be one and expect to become one automatically. Just contribute and be a good role model to the community and you might have your chance.

Are there word censors?

Yes there are, but try not to overuse them.

Is this forum considered family-friendly?

I really need to establish this because some members really need an explanation towards this. This is not really a family-friendly forum, but it's not bad to the extent where members curse like a sailor and post porn on every board. SMF clearly states that only members who are 13 years of age and older (under the Cyber Protection Act) are allowed to use their forums, so you younger members who lie about their age have got to expect some inappropriate material. Again, we are not bad members and we are usually pretty nice to one another, but as teens, it's natural for us to goof around a little and maybe squeeze in a sex joke or two. Anybody who repeatedly complains about this will be kindly asked to leave the forum and compose themselves.
