Adding mini games to Mario party 3?

I love the game mechanics of MP3 but the minigames in Mario party 2 are more fun IMO. Do you think it would ever be possible to put some of the mp2 minigames in MP3? Or does that require source code? Thanks!

if anyone could figure this out I'd love to mess around with what kinds of minigames could be created. Of course something like this would be... clearly much different than just editing simple boards. Yeah. I really should be taking a loot at the code one day and see what I can dig up on this...

I'd be interested as well. I know some basic n64 hacking but not anything to do with the 3D modelling aspects.... if someone knows that side of things a Minigame editor could be possible I guess
