How does one do MP hacking?

I am interested in the possibilility of modding MP games. How exactly is it done? I can't find any tutorials or advice on how to go about modding any of them. Is there a certain program that is good for custom mods of the games?  :(

Interesting. I still am at a loss on how to do it though.

BTW it seems everyone here has a Smash license. Is there somewhere you can create one? O3O

Meh, i don't have one. They're cheap, easy to make, require less creativity, and are a lazy way to make a signature imo.

Yeah, I agree. I'll just use it until I make my own, cuz' I'm too lazy right now.  :-D
