Spike and Bowser Jr. Playable in Mario Party 9

In honor of Spike's playable debut in Mario Party 10, I decided to put him in Mario Party 9 with the addition of Bowser Jr.:

One is, for sure, Donkey Kong. He returns in MP10. Second one is Bowser, I think. He has his own mode in MP10.
