I went to Gamerz just a while ago (2-3 years maybe? Do you even have a Gamerz?)

Or you could just get Dolphin Emulator and download all of them. Then you can play it for free on the computer and just use the keyboard.

Seeing you live in Canada, maybe you know the store "comptant.com". That's where I bought all my gamecube Mario Party games (except 7 because I already had it).

No, not from my experience. French version of Gamecube games (if they exist) weren't sold in Canada at the time, they were all in English. All my Mario Party games on Gamecube are in English. So if you find a GCN MP game at this store, it should be the NA version, thus in English.
