So while I was stewing over what to add for decals for the 3rd Board Contest... I though up of a board idea! The following image is nothing final, but I was trying to find a way for a player to get multiple stars like in MPDS's DK Stone Statue. The spaces are certainly not final and was thrown together quickly, but it was an idea nonetheless. Feel free to use this in any of your custom boards, just modify the amount of stars for the loop for the correct map.
EDIT: I gave it a bit more thought and realized that the CPU would just loop the star section over and over resulting in a softlock. I'm looking for a workaround for this.

Hmm, I'm beginning to see that we're going to have quite some competition in this contest... Also, this is a very interesting idea, and could make for quite a unique board. I'm not sure what you could do about the AI, though...

That's a great idea actually! I'm reworking one of my older boards with this gimmick and I really like it more now. Also, the CPU seems to work with the new route I've made so that's also very great!  :-D Btw, hope you still make it for the contest anyway!
