Mario Setting

I'd personally go for a Sonic Generations style world except for the blank whiteness everywhere (eww) . It'll give me a reason to go back to space and experience a taste of Sunshine .

Something different from the usual one. In my opinion it should be like the worlds from the Paper Mario series. That'd be great. However, I won't mind if the next Mario game is set in space once again.

I would like a game based  on one kind of terrain like a forest,I love how mario games implement all kinds of different words into one game however for a change it would be cool to see how in depth they could go with the Idea. What if mario was stuck on an Island, Idk but I think they could do a little more with the series. :kersti:

What about Mario in other popular games scenarios properly Mario styled ? Some sort of referential tribute to great games ...
