Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS

Announced at Nintendo's E3 2011 Press Conference (Tuesday, June 7, 2011)! The fourth game of Super Smash Bros. series! Exclusive to Nintendo 3DS. Release: Saturday, September 13, 2014 (Japan); Friday, October 3, 2014 (Europe/North America); Saturday, October 4, 2014 (Australia).

More Info

I prefer having the Brawl physics myself.
Although, I do have to agree on the tripping and Final Smash issues... I didn't like them as much (tripping could lead you into a 1-hit KO position, while Final Smashes basically rigged the game depending on your character.)
There also should be a better online than Brawl's. I hated the lag so much...

I'd probably want physics leaning to Melee but with some mechanics from Brawl retained (the recoveries and air dodges mainly)
No FS, if characters want to kill, get them to do a Super Combo or something >.>
Trips are stupid
Removing OHKO moves means some character style shakeups if they return. For sure I don't want to see them on bosses tho
Maybe saveable item selections and item styles (like in Mario Kart)?
More characters from less prominent series (this includes Metroid lol also FE)
Online is as Aegis said in the MTO topic
No stupid Adventure Mode plot XD Just Melee's style is fine
Another 1P mode? Though I can't think of any better than Classic/Adventure/AllStar

Marth is not amused.

Final Smashes should return, people can turn them off easily, so I don't see why they should remove a good idea.
Sucky characters like Jigglypuff/Samus need a major buff.
Online needs massive improvement. =P
Remove Lucario, Snake, ROB, and Pokemon Trainer.
Adventure revert to Melée Style.
I'd prefer the style of Melée to return, but I'd also prefer characters don't fall like a brick. =P
New juicy Items

and I think that's it... That's what I wanna see added/removed.

I agree I hate the third party characters. This game is for Nintendo characters and them alone. It would be like adding Peach in Street Fighter it just not right. I LOVE the way Peach's dress and hair move in Melee they were so fluent and pretty. *-* Melee was so much more fast paced and crazy like the games should be. I hope they add back in the explosions and noises that got replaced with cartooned sounds in Brawl. If the game was much faster and the Final Smashes were faster and better (Making people sleep. Really?) then they would be epic.

i disagree because brawl is more realistic than melee. here are some examples, in brawl everyone had a different feel to them like link ike and ganondorf are slow characters which is the realistic part while fox falco and marth are fast characters. melee also had clone characters and brawl did not as much as i like Dr. Mario he was a clone character as so was falco. so i want some of brawl physics like the dodging was better, no clone characters, final smash improvement because some smash were broken, more characters, better online system, better items, as some said no tripping, and better 1p system.

I think 'realistic' mechanics don't apply so much to weight (I thought heavys in Melee were good enough) but as to overall manoeuvrability and falling etc. The character-differing jump/fall differences I think biased against the heavys unfairly in Brawl.

Clone characters had some variability, sometimes people want that but for sure not too many.

Good point about 3rd party. I don't think they deserve the inclusion purely for fanservice (tbh most 3rd party characters wouldn't have very fluid combat suited for SSB)

Marth is not amused.

Characters;
No new mario characters. (;
Some characters from the Wario franchise like; Mona, Cat and anna and that dude with the blue hair XD
Zelda franchise; Throw out toon link and replace for Ghirahim. Zelda and Link modified like in Skyward sword. ( ganondorf stil in, guess I love to play with ganondorf, but I think he'll be replaced x[ )
Samus: I don't know any characters from metroid, guess I don't play it. But if there are some cool characters add them in.
sonic; add in Knuckles Tails and Amy
Pokemon; Throw out pokémon trainer and replace him for a cool pokemon, and replace Lucario for Zoroark.
Throw out Snake PLS!. He's  useless and his moves suck... ;$

Does someone know anything else? =D

Mario party 9.. Mario party 9... Mario party 9.. YEAH! =D

Fox - LANDMASTER!!!
Falco - LANDMASTER!!!
Wolf - LANDMASTER!!!

Ganondorf and Captain Falcon STILL were clones in Brawl.

Again, the same amount of clones still existed in Brawl.

as clone i mean same exact moves like how falco forward smash attack was a forward just like fox but in brawl his forward attack is different. they have the same final smashes but they are not the same, fox landmaster is slow but more strong, falco landmaster is good in the air, wolf landmaster is balance. ganondorf is faster in melee than he is in brawl and the fact is he should not be fast at all because he hit too hard. ganondorf moves in brawl is different like his up smash does a diagonal kick while captain falcon does his 2 hit kick. in brawl there moves was not exactly the same, they may have 2 moves similar but rest is different and with a different feel and look.

Hm, like H-J I'd like the air dodging and recovery to be like in brawl.
Online needs TO BE A LOT LESS LAGGY.
Custom stages should be removed imo, they were pretty pointless :P
Final Smashes should be in imo, but be A LOT MORE BALANCED. *looks at Sonic >__<* Since I do like to play with items on occasion.
Snake and Sonic should be removed imo.
As for Adventure Mode, I don't really mind which style they choose but they better not make certain moves better in the Adventure mode. Like in Brawl, Yoshi's Grab Range is somewhat better in SSE than in multiplayer :p
No more chain grabs/infinites.
Characters and Match-ups being a lot more balanced.
Tripping should be gone.
Less spammy moves.

(Yes I know this is a lot XD)

I think if they have a story mode they should make it more RPG like. You can give the characters items and different  armor and whatever you give them can alter their in game appearance. Like you can eqiup Peach with Perry and a Princess type armor and while you play she is using them.

1.  Keep Peach about the same as she is in Brawl.  Sure she was godly in Melee, but I think she's more well-rounded in Brawl.  Her OP elegant sweep got nerfed a great deal, but her other moves got buffs, ex. Toad being able to KO opponents instead of being almost useless.

2.  No tripping.  Or at least have an option to turn this off.

3.  Gothitelle as one of the pokeball pokemon.

4.  Princess Daisy as a playable character.  I know people are quick to assume she'd be a clone, but her personality differs from Peach a great deal.  She could have a more sporty heavy hitting moveset sacrificing Peach's floatiness and recovery with speed.

Did you say something?  Sorry I was too busy thinking about how awesome  :peach: is.

But in all seriousness, out of all the females I think Zelda gets the most undeserved hype and love.  What's wrong with liking Peach anyway?  I think she's fun to use and has a more interesting personality than "blah" Zelda.

But I still do like Zelda, and I also like Samus.  Just not as much as I like Peach, because she is after all my all time favorite Nintendo character.   ;)  I've had a strong connection with her ever since Super Mario Bros. 2 USA.  She rocked in that game.

Because for most things Peach is a valid example.

I like the idea. Fighting with you favorite characters while on a road trip and bringing your new beefed up characters to your friends house afterwords and beating the crap out of him/her is always a great feeling. I wonder if Miis are going to be implemented somehow in this one.

I could get used to it as long as its not screwed up by the bottom screen. I also go on long trips allot so a portable Smash Bros is like a dream.
