4th Anniversary MKW/MK7 Tournament

If needed, I can host the MKWII room since I know MKWII's friend room and have run many successful tourneys. (what? I have )

Yeah, either you and/or Cook are perfect for the job. I haven't raced any friends on my wii, so I'd rather have someone that did to set it up, because I'd probably screw it up.

Anyway, I'll be starting sign-ups soon, with the rules H-J proposed.

Tournament Setup (example with 8 participants):

Seeds 1,4,5,8 and Seeds 2,3,6,7 in round robin 1 (one race, same course)
Seeds 1,2,3,4 and Seeds 5,6,7,8 in round robin 2 (one race, same course)
Seeds 1,3,5,7 and Seeds 2,4,6,8 in round robin 3 (one race, same course)
Seeds 1,2,5,6 and Seeds 3,4,7,8 in round robin 4 (one race, same course)

1^st= 3 points, 2^nd= 2 points, 3^rd= 1 point, 4^th= 0 points

Top four placings go into championship GP and 1st-4th determined thataway.
Bottom four placings go into consolation GP and 5th-8th determined thataway.
Ties decided either by Balloon Battle or mushroom only VS.

MK7 Only: Maka Wuhu will not be a race course included. Any tiebreakers will be done in VS, due to MK7's lousy battle system.

If anybody was wondering, this is not dead. I just got Mario Kart 7, so hopefully in a few days (possibly a week), I'll be getting this set up and ready to go. I will be posting a sign-up topic later on in the week when I'm not busy, so I hope everybody is looking forward to it.
